HOW DOES IT WORK?

THIS PLAN CONSISTS OF EATING 5 MEALS PER DAY, IN ORDER TO IMPROVE AND ACCELERATE METABOLISM.

IT IS COMBINATION OF SMOOTHIES AND SINGLE SOLID MEALS SUCH AS SALADS, SANDWICHES, SOUPS, STEWS AND SMALL SNACKS.

ALL COCKTAILS AND DISHES ARE MADE FROM VERY DIFFERENT INGREDIENTS, RICH IN ALL NECESSARY MACRONUTRIENTS, EACH OF WHICH CONTAINS ABOUT 300 KCAL, AND 20 G OF PROTEIN AND 10 G OF FIBER.

DURING THIS PERIOD YOU WILL EAT:

3 MEALS PER DAY: IT WILL BE A COMBINATION OF SMOOTHIES AND SOLID MEALS

2 SNACKS, WHICH WILL INCLUDE FRESH VEGETABLES, WHOLE GRAIN CRACKERS, PEANUT BUTTER AND HUMMUS.

THE IMPORTANT FACT IS, THAT NOT ALL THE CALORIES WE CONSUME ARE EQUAL. FOR THIS REASON, WHAT YOU EAT AND IN WHAT PROPORTIONS IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS THE CALORIC VALUE OF THE FOOD YOU EAT. THE OPTIONS WE HAVE PROPOSED MAKE EVERY CALORIE VALUABLE FOR A HEALTHY AND BALANCED DIET AND MAKE YOU FEEL SATIATED BETWEEN MEALS. FOR THIS PURPOSE, IT IS NECESSARY TO CONSUME APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF PROTEIN AND FIBER.

DURING OUR 21-DAY DETOX, YOU SHOULD PERFORM A MINIMUM OF 10 THOUSAND STEPS PER DAY (8 KM), AND LIGHT STRENGTH TRAINING (10-30 MIN PER DAY).

PERFORM 10,000 STEPS PER DAY
CONTINUE LIGHT STRENGTH EXERCISE (10-30 MIN PER DAY)
CONTINUE MEALS AS FOLLOW : 1 SMOOTHIE, 2 SOLID MEALS AND 2 SNACKS EACH DAY
TWICE A WEEK YOU CAN REPLACE ONE MEAL FROM YOR DIET WITH ANY DRINK OR DISH YOU LIKE

IF YOU WANT TO LOSE MORE WEIGHT , YOU CAN RETURN TO PHASE I
